The Zahir Methodology is the framework that ties everything at Baan Talay together. Developed by founder Devrim Zahir, it draws from yoga philosophy, breathwork, somatic awareness and movement to create a practice that works for the whole person — not just the body.
Whether you join a single class or a longer stay, the methodology offers a coherent path, not just a series of activities.
